Rafik Zagrutdinov: The construction of three chords and rokades in Moscow is planned to be completed in 2023

Russia (bbabo.net) - The construction of three chords and rocades in Moscow is planned to be completed in 2023. The head of the Moscow construction department Rafik Zagrutdinov told about this in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

According to him, in the outgoing year, the construction of the North-Eastern Expressway has advanced the most: out of 11 sections into which this highway is divided, 9 have already been commissioned. The construction of two traffic interchanges was completed ahead of schedule - at the intersection with Prospekt Mira and with the North-West Chorda, as well as two side passages along the main passage of the chord in the section from Berezovaya Alley to Signalny Proezd. The entire Northeast Expressway in the MKAD area is scheduled to be completed in 2022.

The remaining two sections in the Nekrasovka area (from Lukhmanovskaya Street to Zeninskoye Highway and a highway with a bridge across the Pekhorka River to connect the North-Eastern Expressway with the Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Kazan highway) are planned to be built in 2023. "Previously, it simply makes no sense to do it there, since the federal highway will also come there by this time. The general readiness of the temporary storage warehouse is now 82 percent," Zagrutdinov added.
