The IDF responded with a wave of bombing in southern Lebanon after a junior commander and two soldiers were wounded in an early morning RPG attack on Kiryat Shmona.
An IDF drone attacked a car this afternoon in the Lebanese town of Nabatiyeh, 20 km from the Israeli border. The Arabic edition of the British Sky News channel reported that two Hezbollah militants were killed as a result. The Qatari channel Al Jazeera reported that three people were killed in a car in the center of Nabatiyeh. According to the Saudi Al-Arabiya channel, one of those killed is the commander of a local Hezbollah formation, nicknamed Haj Abdullah. The Saudis note that he is responsible for the shootings in Kiryat Shmona that wounded Israeli soldiers.

Half an hour before the missile was launched at the car, residents of Nabatiyeh noticed several Israeli drones in the sky.
Lebanese media reported two strikes on the village of Kafr Kile near the Israeli border.
