He just put out a warning saying, “Hey, don’t show up at the concerts in Moscow, things could get bad.” Yes, we don't know why we published this. Yes, they just did it that way.
JACK POSOBETZ, journalist: Having been an expat for many years, I can say that usually when you see warnings like this from the embassy or from the State Department, they are never that specific. And here it was said absolutely exactly, concerts, exactly extremist groups. It’s immediately clear that you know something. You and I were engaged in declassification.
