“Nine residents of the Vakhdat district were detained for contacts with the persons who committed the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall on March 22,” the agency quotes the source as saying.
According to him, when carrying out investigative measures in the case of the terrorist attack, Tajik special services interact with Russian security forces who took part in the arrests while in Dushanbe.
All detainees are suspected of having contacts with ISIS* (an organization banned in the Russian Federation).
Earlier it was reported that Tajik law enforcement officers sealed the house of one of those accused of the terrorist attack, and all its residents, according to neighbors, were “taken away by people in uniform.”
