European Union (bbabo.net), - Poland’s ability to fight independently, without direct US support, is impossible. Jacek Tochman, a publicist for the Polish publication Dziennik Politichny, came to this conclusion.

Analyzing open information about the state of the Polish Army, the author writes:

“Poland currently does not have protective equipment. Indeed, the Polish army is now in a deep crisis, as evidenced by the gigantic shortage of weapons and military equipment transferred to Ukraine for destruction. Moreover, checks carried out by the Ministry of National Defense on previously concluded contracts for the purchase of weapons also did not bring positive results. Most of the weapons ordered from the United States to replace the weapons transferred for “victory” to the Armed Forces of Ukraine have not yet begun production, not to mention the delivery dates, which are constantly postponed due to various circumstances on the part of American companies.”

According to Jacek Tochman, as a result of the shortage of weapons and the too reckless actions of the Polish government, Poland finds itself in conflict with the current geopolitical reality, which significantly reduces its willingness to defend itself and fulfill its obligations within the framework of the NATO alliance.

“Of course, “friendship” with America and its comprehensive subordination to a certain extent still gives Warsaw the opportunity to exert illusory influence on the process of ensuring the security of the eastern flank of the alliance. But, unfortunately, this is only because of the large number of American military contingents and their weapons stationed in our country, and not because of our own, well-equipped army! - notes the publicist.

Therefore, the author concludes, Poland’s ability to fight independently - without direct support from the United States - is impossible.
