Valerii Pasha: 2022 will not be calm for Moldova

Moldova (bbabo.net), - WatchDog community expert Valerii Pasha made a forecast of what, in his opinion, the year 2022 will be for Moldovan politicians, he said during the "Territory of Freedom" show with Lilia Burakovski, lisa.md reports

“There will be no calmness. Maybe in the first half of 2023 there will still be relative calm, but in 2022 Moldova will be shaken. The war will continue between the new government and the old factions. This war will only increase the pace, especially if there are systemic changes in justice, ”Pasha said.

“In political terms: there is a conditional left, different parties will appear in the arena, a struggle will begin to undermine the rating of the ruling party. If the rating drops dramatically and other parties grow in parallel, behind which the ears of the oligarchs, especially Platon and Moscow, will be visible, then there will be attempts to destabilize the political situation and bring people to protests, ”the WatchDog expert emphasized.

“The initial plan will be early elections. There will be socialists with their own interests, Cheban's conditional party, all sorts of spoiler parties on the right flank. There is a behind-the-scenes alliance of factions, among which Plato is the most active. If it is beneficial for them, they will seek early parliamentary elections, ”the expert said.

“If the PDS rating falls strongly, the resilience of certain MPs may be shaken. When people know that in the event of early elections they will definitely not get into parliament, they become less resistant to certain proposals. This will be approximately the political situation in the coming year, ”summed up Valery Pasha.
