The authorities of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) have accused the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in firing rockets at Gorlovka, reports Donetsk News Agency.

According to the agency, on December 25, the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired two anti-tank guided missiles at the village of Golmovsky in the north of Gorlovka. The DPR office in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire Regime clarified that the shelling was carried out from the direction of the Gladosovo settlement, which is under the control of Kiev. Information about the victims and destruction is not provided.

In turn, the headquarters of the Joint Forces Operation (JF) of Ukraine said that on December 25, the enemy violated the ceasefire once. At the same time, there are no losses on the part of the Ukrainian military personnel.

On the territory of Donbass, since July 27, 2020, additional measures to control the ceasefire are in force, agreed by the participants of the Contact Group for resolving the situation in eastern Ukraine. As a result, a ban was introduced on offensive and reconnaissance and sabotage actions, the use of aircraft and other actions.

Earlier, the head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, Denis Pushilin, said that Ukraine possesses chemical weapons.
