Russia (bbabo.net), - A five-year-old boy from Buryatia, Osor Ayusheev, on the Day of the Rescuer, played the role of a firefighter and spoke on the phone with the President. Vladimir Putin fulfilled his New Year's wish within the framework of the "Christmas tree of wishes" campaign, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Buryatia reports.

On December 27, an excursion was organized for Osor to one of the fire stations of Ulan-Ude. Bair Balzhirov, the head of the fire and rescue unit No. 2, also came there and invited the kid with the whole family to ride a fire engine. After the trip, Osor was expected at the Museum of the History of the Fire Department of Buryatia. There the boy got acquainted with the exhibits, sat behind the wheel of a patrol motorcycle, held a hook in his hands and tried on a firefighter's helmet. In the classroom, he was taught to knit knots, showed the equipment of a fire engine. The boy also visited the contact point. Then his solemn initiation into young firemen took place. The fire fighters presented the little guest with a set of combat clothing and a helmet.

And soon I had to go to the real challenge. An ownerless barn was on fire. The firefighters made a combat deployment. A few minutes later the fire was extinguished, and Osor also participated in the extinguishing. On the occasion of the celebration of the Day of the Rescuer, the head of the republican headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Alexander Markov presented the boy with a diploma.

The unusual and eventful day ended with a telephone conversation between the Ayusheev family and the head of state. Vladimir Putin asked the boy about his impressions.

"Do you know that today is a holiday? Today is the day of the rescuer, and I want to congratulate you as a future rescuer!" - the president said to Osor.

Alexander Markov promised that now the young firefighter will be a guest of honor at all festive events.
