Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko spoke about the start of the pilot project, TASS reports. The laboratory will assess the individual approach and the degree of satisfaction of citizens with public services.

“We are opening a testing laboratory today. All government services will be tested there. Let's start with those where there are most requests for changes.

Now, in a pilot mode, the work of two laboratories has been launched - for individuals and for legal entities. They are testing the quality of public services within the framework of the federal project "Client-centricity". The full launch of the project will begin in 2022.

The project "Client-centeredness" involves the development of public services towards their quality, and the key indicator should be satisfaction with this quality of citizens.
