Russia - 20 employees of Novosibirsk enterprises became instructors of the national project

Russia (bbabo.net), - Two dozen specialists from companies in the Novosibirsk region have received certificates of internal instructors of the national project "Labor Productivity". According to the Agency for Investment Development (AID) of the Novosibirsk Region, for this purpose the employees have completed an extensive educational program of the Federal Center of Competence (FCC).

Employees of a particular enterprise participating in the national project "Labor Productivity" become internal instructors. They are automatically included in the working group for the implementation of the necessary measures for the implementation of lean manufacturing mechanisms. These professionals must meet certain criteria: work in the company for at least one year, have experience in mentoring, training or management activities. Having taken an active part in the implementation of the project on the pilot stream, they must subsequently extend the experience gained to other areas of the company's activities.

- The training of internal trainers takes eleven weeks. Before it starts, specialists are selected and then trained in three modules, ”explains Yulia Tarasova, project manager for Streams and Processes Optimization at the Regional Center of Competence. - In addition to a serious theoretical base, they receive practical training programs with the possibility of conducting them in their team. As a result, when the instructor comes to the enterprise, in the format of a seminar, he himself can teach employees the methodology for increasing labor productivity and talk about the tools of lean production.

According to Yulia Tarasova, in-house trainers play a significant role in ensuring that the company achieves the target indicators for the increase in labor productivity. Companies enter the national project for three years, but only for the first six months specialists and experts from the regional or federal centers of competence work with them. After that, the company itself must maintain a culture of lean production, replicate the knowledge and experience gained.

“Our task is to train at least two people for this role,” notes Polina Kolenchenko, the head of the RUK projects and trainer-consultant of the Regional Training Center "Process Factory". - It depends on the number of employees of the company. Of course, if there are more than a thousand people on the staff, two employees may simply not cover the entire staff. It should be noted that not everyone can take on such a role. In addition to theoretical knowledge and serious practical experience, you need to have communication skills, experience in conducting meetings. Therefore, we conduct a face-to-face selection, after which we send people for training.

Of the twenty employees of Novosibirsk enterprises who received FCC certificates, most of them confirmed their competence in all six disciplines of the educational program. But someone will become instructors for their colleagues only for some of them.

In addition to the training of internal instructors, the national project "Labor Productivity" includes several more educational areas. First of all, this is the Productivity Leaders program. The Novosibirsk Region was among the best regions for its implementation, having sent the largest number of applications for participation. And now the enrollment for the next year has opened.

- This management training program was launched the year before last. And already in 2020, the Novosibirsk region became one of the leaders in the number of graduates, - notes Ekaterina Grishina, director of the Center for Increasing Productivity of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education of the All-Russian Academy of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. - Last year, more than a hundred people from the region studied - representatives of enterprises of the non-resource sector of the economy. Several dozen people have also been trained this year.

A recruitment was announced for participation in the educational program "Export Growth Accelerator", the purpose of which is, first of all, to develop practical skills for effective structuring of an export project. Also, business representatives gain experience in minimizing risks, reducing the costs of export activities, as well as using state support tools for self-replicating and scaling export activities. Based on the results of the training, each participant forms up to three options for a plan for entering foreign markets.

Also, Novosibirsk enterprises within the framework of the Labor Productivity national project actively participate in the Process Factory educational program. 850 employees of 85 companies in the region were trained here.
