Russia (bbabo.net), - Moscow has summed up the results of the Moscow Volunteer - 2021 competition. 28 individual participants and volunteer associations became winners and prize-winners in seven nominations, and 60 residents of the capital were awarded in the special “Thank you” nomination. In total, more than 850 applications were submitted for the competition, including collective ones.

“Volunteering in the capital is developing rapidly - this year the competition brought together more than 10 thousand Muscovites. A year earlier there were about 7.5 thousand participants. And this is not just statistics. Each participant is an initiative and responsive person who helps other residents and the city as a whole. Volunteers provide targeted support to those who need it, willingly join socially oriented, patriotic, cultural and educational programs, "said Natalya Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of Moscow.
