The Pirogov Order was awarded to 18 doctors and medical workers. This order was established in 2020 amid a pandemic and bears the name of the founder of military field surgery Nikolai Pirogov. They are awarded for the selfless provision of medical care in emergencies and other life-threatening circumstances.

Nine specialists were awarded the Medal of the Order of Merit to the Fatherland, II degree.
