Russia and the CIS (bbabo.net) - The chairmen and imams of the Omsk mukhtasibat of the DUMRF held a congress of the centralized religious organization, where they summed up the results of activities for 2021 and discussed work plans for the new year.

The meeting took place on January 2 in the central mosque of the muhtasibat in the city of Tara.

“One of the main issues on the agenda was registration of mosque buildings and land plots in the ownership of religious organizations,” Akhmed-Ratib Akhmetov told bbabo.net news agency. - Today, individual buildings are registered for private individuals, or are registered with municipalities. Significant funds for rural areas are required for the design and commissioning of buildings. We have identified a plan for further actions to solve this difficult task.

Another item on the agenda was improving the quality of religious rhetoric and moral excellence of LRO leaders and parishioners. The congress participants also discussed organizational issues for the opening of mosques this summer in the settlements of Yurto-Uisk, Evgashchino, Bolsherechensk, Kochukovo and in the city of Tara, as well as organizing training for leaders and activists of the newly opened religious organizations. We agreed that all of them would come on Saturdays to the Tara cathedral mosque and study tajvid, aqidu, fiqh with an employee of the Tara cathedral mosque, a graduate who graduated from a religious educational institution in Kazan.

After the agenda was exhausted, the communication of the muhtasib, imams and activists continued at the dastarkhan.

Omsk mukhtasibat under the leadership of Akhmad-Ratib Akhmetov unites the DUMRF communities in the north of the Omsk region. The second centralized religious structure of the DUMRF in the central-southern part of the region - the CRO Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the city of Omsk and the Omsk region (Omsk Mukhtasibat) - is headed by Daulet Baltabaev. In total, there are four spiritual administrations operating in the region under different jurisdictions.
