Russia - Snowdrops, sleep-grass and crocuses bloomed in Crimea

Russia (bbabo.net), - On the southern coast of Crimea in the first days of January, the first spring flowers have already blossomed, which traditionally delight tourists.

In the Nikitsky Botanical Garden, visitors are already admiring the first to pick up the buds or even blooming snowdrops. This is facilitated by the high air temperature, which in the first ten days of January exceeds the long-term average values by 8-10 degrees.

In addition, as previously reported, the Mume apricot blossomed here at the end of December. And now mahonia, cryptomeria, winter flowers, roses and other plants are fragrant.

But in the popular among tourists park "Uchkuevka" in Sevastopol, you can find the first fully opened flowers of the dream-grass, or the Crimean lumbago. Crocuses, which also tolerate low air temperatures, made their way out from under the cold ground.

However, starting from Tuesday, Crimea is expecting a new serious cold snap, when night temperatures will drop to minus 10 degrees. There will be snowfalls.
