“Integration between countries is getting worse every year, and the United States is afraid of this. This integration is absolutely adequate, objective and realistic from the point of view of practical life - cultural, political and defensive, ”said Shkhagoshev.

According to him, in the future, Russia's influence on the CIS countries will increase in a good sense of the word, for example, in terms of infrastructure, languages, traditions. This is what worries Washington and the State Department, for which now "everything will be much stronger and more difficult", because the United States will lose influence over the countries of the former USSR every day, the deputy said.

Earlier, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that Russia wants to restore the order of things that existed under the Soviet Union in geopolitical terms. He added that this is an unacceptable outcome of events.
