Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershinin told reporters that Russia had conveyed its position on Ukraine and security issues in Europe to Western countries and was ready to continue the dialogue, RIA Novosti reports.

“We at all levels, starting from the main level - the President of Russia - have very clearly stated our position on all issues. Moreover, the peculiarity of our policy is, first of all, its transparency,” the diplomat said.

According to him, Moscow is always ready for dialogue, and at the same time, they are demonstrating "red lines".

Earlier, Director of the Department for Non-Proliferation and Arms Control of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Vladimir Yermakov, said that NATO is engaging non-nuclear states in training to test the use of US nuclear weapons against Russia.
