NASA: Cygnus space truck will leave for the ISS on February 19

The Cygnus spacecraft will depart for the International Space Station on February 19, according to the NASA website.

The Antares launch vehicle, as part of its 17th ISS resupply payload mission, will deliver a Cygnus truck with new hydrogen sensors for oxygen renewal, rechargeable lithium-ion batteries and new agricultural equipment on board.

The space station orbit correction system will also be delivered to the ISS.

NASA spoke about the duration of the presence of US astronauts on the ISS.

The US government has confirmed plans to extend the presence of US astronauts on the International Space Station until 2030.

Prior to this, the head of NASA, Bill Nelson, said that representatives of the department were in Moscow to discuss the test of anti-satellite weapons, in which the United States accused Russia.
