Microsoft management announced a new investigation against the former head of the corporation, Bill Gates, because of the cases of sex with employees. This was reported in a press release from the board of directors of the American company.

According to the document, the law firm Arent Fox will conduct the investigation. Such measures are taken to review the policy regarding sexual harassment and discrimination within the company.

As a result of the investigation, Arent Fox will submit a report to Microsoft that will summarize all investigations of sexual harassment against members of the board of directors and corporate management. They will also check the allegations against Gates, which were first considered back in 2019.

Earlier it was reported that Microsoft management found out about Gates's sexual relations with colleagues within the company back in 2008 and recommended that he stop it immediately.

Bill Gates stepped down from Microsoft's board of directors in 2020 before the investigation was completed. A spokesman for Gates argued that his decision to step down "has nothing to do with this issue."
