Dongfeng Motor Rus has completed the certification of the new Dongfeng Rich pickup truck, which should go on sale in the Russian market in the second quarter of 2022.
The Vehicle Type Approval Certificate (OTTS) confirms that the car received a 2.5-liter diesel engine with a capacity of 136 hp. and a maximum torque of 305 Nm, which works with a 5-speed manual transmission and all-wheel drive with differential locks.
The front suspension is independent, double wishbones, rear - dependent spring. Dongfeng Rich got front disc and rear drum brakes. The steering wheel is equipped with a hydraulic booster. The car can be equipped with a climate control system or air conditioning, a DVD and CD player, as well as a device for calling emergency services.
The Dongfeng Rich pickup truck is a licensed version of the Nissan Navara and is produced by one of Dongfeng Motor divisions, Zhengzhou Nissan. A four-wheel drive frame vehicle with overall dimensions of 5310 x 1850 x 1810 mm and a wheelbase of 3150 mm has a ground clearance of 215 mm. The volume of the platform with dimensions of 1510 by 1562 mm is 1.12 m3, the load capacity is 490 kg.
The price has not yet been announced, but on the Ukrainian market the car costs about 2 million rubles in terms of our money.
