Specialists acknowledge successful accelerated method of preparing for space flight

The shortened preparation for space flight was recognized as successful after the analysis of the results. The world's first film crew, actress Yulia Peresild and director Klim Shipenko, took part in such a program. This was reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the Cosmonaut Training Center (TsPK) named after V.I. Yu. A. Gagarin.

“Such training has been recognized as successful and can be used for space tourists, taking into account the proposals of the crew members,” the CPC said.

Earlier, Russian cosmonaut Anton Shkaplerov spoke about his experience while filming the film "The Challenge" on the ISS. He noted that during the filming of commercials for the ISS, crew members usually say everything in their own words or read the text, and for the film the text had to be learned by heart. The cosmonaut also shared that the director shot a lot of takes, and sometimes it took up to 10 attempts for one phrase.

Director Klim Shipenko and actress Yulia Peresild filmed fragments of a feature film on the ISS under the working title "Challenge" - a joint project of Roscosmos, Channel One and Yellow, Black and White studios. About 30 hours of material was filmed in orbit, of which 25-35 minutes will be included in the tape. Cosmonauts Oleg Novitsky, Anton Shkaplerov and Pyotr Dubrov also participated in the production.
