According to the agency "Avstostat", for the sixth year in a row, the Japanese crossover Lexus RX holds the title of the best-selling model in the premium segment of the Russian car market. A rating of the 10 best-selling models was also published.

Sales of Lexus RX in our country last year amounted to 10,082 vehicles, which is 4% less than a year earlier. The Mercedes-Benz GLE came in second with 9,382 vehicles, with sales up 39%. The top three is closed by the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, with sales of 7,815 vehicles and a 14% increase in sales.

The BMW X5 is in fourth place with sales of 7,397 vehicles, down 4% from a year earlier. Three more models from the German manufacturer follow: BMW X3 (6,387 units; +15%), BMW 5-Series (5,636 units; +5%) and BMW X6 (5,473 units; +7%).

The remaining places in the top ten in the Russian premium car market were occupied by Mercedes-Benz GLS (5,349 units; +59%), BMW 3-Series (5,194 units; +31%) and Mercedes-Benz GLC (4,657 units). ; +21%). At the end of last year, the premium car market in Russia grew by 9% and amounted to 161,000 units.
