The YouTube app for Android and iOS mobile devices has received a new user interface that contains all the key elements in full screen mode.

The update happened on the server side, after installing it, a row of icons was added to the player in the lower left corner. In full-screen mode, the Like and Dislike buttons are available on the left side, as well as a quick switch to comments, Save to Playlist and Share buttons, and on there is an Additional Videos tab that displays featured content.

Music videos also have a listening control tab in the middle, which, when clicked, brings up control buttons to the right of the video.
