Greenliant has expanded its ArmourDrive family of industrial memory cards with the 93 PX Series. A feature of these microSD media is guaranteed performance in the temperature range from –25 ° С to +85 ° С. In addition, the cards are shock-resistant (1000 g) and vibration-resistant (20 g). The degree of protection against water is IPX7.

The Greenliant ArmourDrive 93 PX series includes 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB memory cards. They use 3D TLC NAND flash memory. According to the manufacturer, the resource is 3000 rewriting cycles. The maximum data transfer rate reaches 100 MB / s in sequential read mode and 96 MB / s in sequential write mode.

The serial production of the new Greenliant ArmourDrive memory cards has already begun.
