Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, 50 MP, 100x zoom, 100W and Magic UI 6.0 based on Android 12

Tomorrow, Honor will officially introduce the flagships of the Magic 4 series. Yesterday, an insider published an image of the back panel of one of the models in the series, and now another source has given detailed specifications of the Honor Magic 4 and Magic 4 Pro.

The Honor Magic 4 Pro is reportedly powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, features a 6.81-inch Full HD+ OLED screen with an in-display fingerprint scanner and an embedded 12MP front-facing camera with an ultra wide-angle lens.

The main camera of Honor Magic 4 Pro is represented by three modules. Basically, a 50-megapixel sensor and a wide-angle lens with an aperture of F / 1.8. The second has another 50-megapixel sensor, but the lens is already ultra wide-angle. The third module is a periscope module with a 64-megapixel sensor, optical stabilization and a telephoto lens. Due to it, a hybrid 100x zoom is provided.

The battery capacity of the Honor Magic 4 Pro is 4600 mAh, it can be quickly charged both by wire (maximum power 100 W) and a 50 W wireless device. The operating system is Android 12 with Magic UI 6.0 interface. The dimensions and weight of the model are 163.6 x 74.7 x 9.15 mm and 215 grams.

The base Honor Magic 4 is also built on Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and features the same 6.81-inch OLED screen. The front camera is 12-megapixel. The main one uses sensors with a resolution of 50 and 50 megapixels (these are exactly the same modules as in Magic 4 Pro), but the periscope module has an 8-megapixel sensor. There is also optical stabilization here, but the maximum hybrid zoom is already half as much - 50x.

The battery capacity of Honor Magic 4 is 4800 mAh, the maximum power of charging by wire is 66 watts. Here, Android 12 also acts as an OS. The weight and dimensions of the smartphone are 163.6 x 74.5 x 8.8 mm and 200 grams.
