Hackers revealed the parameters of Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 graphics cards

Hackers who hacked into Nvidia's internal network continue to post more new and interesting data on the Web. We already wrote about the published source code of DLSS 2.2 technology, and now one of the users who managed to get acquainted with the stolen data revealed details about the parameters of the next generation Nvidia GPU - the Ada Lovelace line. The series will reportedly have five GPUs.

The top-end GPU AD120 is credited with 144 streaming multiprocessors, which gives 18,432 CUDA cores. Based on this GPU, the flagship 3D card GeForce RTX 4090 will be built. For comparison, Nvidia's current top GPU, GA102, has only 84 streaming multiprocessors.

Next comes AD103 with 84 stream multiprocessors and 10,752 CUDA cores, AD104 with 60 stream multiprocessors and 7680 CUDA cores (GeForce RTX 4070 will be built on the basis of this GPU), AD106 with 36 stream multiprocessors and 4608 CUDA cores (this GPU will serve as the main GeForce RTX 3060) and AD107 with 24 streaming multiprocessors and 3072 CUDA cores. It is easy to see that the higher the position of the Ada Lovelace GPU in the lineup, the more CUDA cores it has compared to its counterpart in the current Ampere series.

So far, these are all the technical details, but there may be many more soon. As for the official premiere of Nvidia GeForce RTX 40 video cards, it is expected in September.
