Inclusion in this registry allows you to engage in the issuance of digital financial assets (DFA) and the exchange between clients within their platforms.

There are currently 3 companies in the register of information system operators: LLC Atomayz (Atomyze), PJSC Sberbank of Russia and LLC Lighthouse (Lighthouse). Moreover, Atomyze was the first to receive a license for the CFA in February 2022, and Lighthouse on the same day as Sberbank. The Central Bank also issued rules for each organization.
