The Yandex team talked about how the construction of the new headquarters in Moscow is progressing and even presented a demo video - the first footage from the construction site on Sparrow Hills.

Recall that Yandex presented the project of the new headquarters two years ago, on June 19, 2020. As reported at the time, the headquarters area and the first two floors would be open to all. Cafes, pharmacies, beauty salons and other organizations will operate on the lower floors, and a public space will appear around the office where everyone can relax, have a snack or even play sports.

As the press service now reports, it is planned to complete the construction and improvement of public spaces in 2024. Yandex said:

The new Yandex house in Moscow is 15 floors up and 5 floors down. We have already made the foundation of the building and are building its underground part. To make this possible, the builders removed more than 21,000 soil dump trucks. If you put them one after the other, they will occupy the entire Moscow Ring Road and even more.
