Forbes presented the fourth rating of the best employers in Russia. The publication noted that it took into account the new realities of the year in the methodology: it focused on social parameters, for example, assessed whether companies have well-being policies that go beyond the usual social package, took into account which of the rating participants could not reduce staff in crisis conditions and increase wages, abandoned currently irrelevant indicators of transparency and the presence of independent members on the boards of directors.

Places were not assigned, but employers were divided into four groups: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze, depending on the points scored. And the members of the expert jury in the course of anonymous voting could raise or lower the status of the company by one level.

They evaluated the participants on three parameters: employees and community, ecology, corporate governance. The jury was attended by representatives of several companies, including NLMK, Sibur, UC Rusal, VTB, Yandex, Sberbank and Tinkoff.

The companies that received platinum status included VTB, MTS, VimpelCom, MegaFon, Sberbank, Tinkoff, Yandex, Avito, VK, X5 Retail Group, as well as several industrial and manufacturing companies.

"Gold" status was received by 62 companies. Among them are Aeroflot, Alfa-Bank, VkusVill, Raiffeisenbank, Cyan and Qiwi. "Silver" was assigned to 36 employers, including Gazprom-Media, Fix Price, CDEK and Naumen. "Bronze" status at Wildberries and Rosgosstrakh.
