Tesla opens access to Supercharger charging network for third-party electric vehicles in Australia

Tesla continues to gradually open up its Supercharger network to third-party electric vehicles. Several such stations have opened in the Australian state of New South Wales.

“Access to an extensive, convenient and reliable fast-charging network is critical to the large-scale adoption of electric vehicles,” the company said.

In Europe, Tesla has already opened hundreds of stations in most of the countries in which it operates. The automaker has indicated it plans to do the same by the end of 2022 in North America, but this has yet to happen.

In November 2022, Tesla announced the installation of more than 40,000 branded Supercharger charging stations for electric vehicles worldwide. The company has released the Magic Dock CCS adapter ahead of the imminent opening of a network of charging stations in North America. It will allow you to charge electric vehicles of other brands.
