Dell showed finding menus in the OS and changing settings options using Windows Copilot

Microsoft may be working on a new version of artificial intelligence that will change how you interact with systems on Windows 11. Dell showed off what it could be.

So, in a future release of Windows 11, Microsoft Copilot will be able to detect problems in the system or application and try to automatically fix them. For example, if an app is unable to connect to Wi-Fi, the AI might try changing network settings or running a troubleshooter to see if it can find a solution on its own.

Likewise, Dell believes that the next generation of AI in Windows 11 will also try to change settings based on location and environment.

So, if it detects that a public network at an airport is being used, it will enable battery saving features and improve Wi-Fi security. Also, using voice, the user will be able to ask Copilot to change the brightness of the trackpad, and video editors to turn on performance mode.

Dell created these concepts based on discussions with Microsoft. Windows Copilot is expected to receive a major update as part of Windows 12 in 2024.

In December, the AI was released to the public. Meanwhile, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said that Windows Copilot AI will essentially be a replacement for the Start button.
