High-quality new photographs of the Mercedes-Benz EQG, first presented at the 2023 Shanghai Auto Show, were published by IT Home.
The car can perform a tank turn, which the company dubbed G-Turn. This feature uses the SUV's four electric motors to turn the vehicle in place 360 degrees. Mercedes says G-Turn allows you to make two full turns at a time (720 degrees). This function is activated by pressing a button on the dashboard and then holding the steering wheel paddles.
In terms of appearance, the Mercedes-Benz EQG continues the design language of the fuel version of the Gelendvagen. The car received a familiar design and iconic headlights. The side and rear of this concept car are also little changed compared to the fuel version.
As for the interior, the Mercedes-Benz EQG concept car received almost the same design as the current Mercedes-Benz G-Class: two screens and a sports steering wheel with a cut-off lower part.
The release of the new car is expected in 2024.
