IPhone smartphones have long supported noise canceling phone calls. This feature reduces ambient noise for clearer voice quality during a call. However, this feature was not available to iPhone 13 users, who continue to wait for Apple to fix the issue.

The issue was discussed in October on an Apple forum where user rpwils2 wrote: “I can't find a switch to turn off the noise canceling feature on the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Has it been moved or deleted? When I use FaceTime and speak through the speaker, my voice is cut off. ”

An Apple Community Specialist replied that he needed to turn on “noise canceling” on his iPhone and added a note to help users adjust sound settings on their iPhone. However, the problem is that iPhone 13 users cannot find this particular feature in the settings menu.

The iPhone 13 has never had this option since iOS 15 because it's a software glitch. I spoke with Apple support about this. This is a known issue that they are working on and there is no timetable for fixing it at this time. This issue also creates echo issues when using CarPlay.
