China complained to the UN about Elon Musk's satellites

The Chinese authorities have turned to the UN, submitting a document on the threat of the global satellite system Starlink (a project by Elon Musk's SpaceX), Reuters reported.

Two times this year - July 1 and October 21 - the Tiangong orbital station allegedly avoided collisions with SpaceX spacecraft, according to Chinese officials. None of the independent experts have yet checked Beijing's statements; Musk's company has not commented on the incident.

Earlier it became known that more than half of Americans are ready to switch to using the satellite Internet Starlink Elon Musk.

Prior to that, Dmitry Rogozin, the general director of Roscosmos, noted that Russians will be able to receive the Internet from space by 2024, thanks to the Sphere program. He also criticized the aforementioned Starlink project. According to the head of Roscosmos, the satellites of the American company in the future can be used to control cruise missiles, special forces and an agent network.
