Poll Rabota.ru: 71% of Russians plan to change jobs in 2022

More than 70% of Russians plan to change jobs in 2022. This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by the Rabota.ru service, TASS reports.

The study was carried out in December 2021 in all districts of the Russian Federation. More than five thousand people over 18 took part in the survey.

Most often, among the expectations from a new job, Russians named a high salary - 76% of respondents would like to receive it. 58% of respondents said they expect an adequate team and leadership, another 48% would like to find a balance between work and rest in a new place.

Also, 37% of respondents indicated that they hope to get new career opportunities, 33% - opportunities for training and 32% - interesting tasks. For 27% of the respondents, it turned out to be important that a new job is close to home, for 24% - a flexible working regime.

At the same time, 39% of Russians surveyed by Rabotoy.ru who are planning to change jobs said that they are determined to change their profession. Almost half of them (49%) are already looking for suitable vacancies in new specialties. 29% indicated that they are in the process of learning new professions, and 12% reported that they have already begun work on obtaining the necessary skills and knowledge for a new job.

Rabota.ru already conducted a similar survey at the end of 2020. Then it was reported that 43% of Russian residents are planning to change jobs in 2021.
