According to the press service of the department, two Russian citizens intended to sell in the region the drug α-pyrrolidinovalerophenone weighing more than one kilogram, which is an especially large size. This synthetic psychostimulant in the form of a white crystalline powder is produced in clandestine drug laboratories.

Both drug dealers were detained and placed in a temporary detention center. A criminal case was initiated against them under the article "Illegal production, sale or transfer of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues." The punishment for it is provided in the form of imprisonment for up to 20 years. The investigation of the crime continues.
