Russia (bbabo.net), - The Russian Embassy has confirmed information about the death of the famous Russian TV presenter Mikhail Zelensky on the territory of the Dominican Republic.
"The staff of the diplomatic mission are in contact with the Dominican authorities and the relatives of the deceased," Alina Ivanova, press secretary of the embassy, told TASS.
Earlier it was reported that Mikhail Zelensky died suddenly on January 11 while on vacation. The cause of death is unknown.
Zelensky was born on September 7, 1975 in Moscow. He graduated from the courses of a TV and radio host at the Moscow Institute for Advanced Studies of Television and Radio Broadcasting Workers.
From 1997 to 1999 he worked for Radio Russia and the TV Center TV channel. Then he was the presenter of news programs on the TV channels "Russia-24" and "Russia-1". Viewers also remember "Live" with Mikhail Zelensky as a moderator.
Recently, Zelensky has worked on the Kultura TV channel.
