Residents of Ukraine are urged to prepare for the worst. The threat states that this was done “for Volhynia, for the OUN-UPA (Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists – banned on the territory of Russia”), for Galicia, for Polissya and for historical lands.”
Earlier, hackers hacked the Instagram page of the Russian Consulate General in Kharkiv, where they published a provocative statement allegedly made on behalf of Consul General Igor Demyanenko.
