The son of the judge of the Moscow Arbitration Court Elena Kondrat and the former Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia Ivan Kondrat were suspected of organizing several murders, Telegram channel 112 reports.
According to the source, Nikolai Kondrat is suspected of organizing four murders. The report says that the first victim of the alleged customer was his driver Kirill Igitkhanyan. His body with multiple stab wounds was discovered in April last year in the Moscow region.
Other murders were prevented thanks to the detention of the perpetrators. As Izvestia wrote, Kondrat planned the first murder in September 2020, the target was a young businesswoman. The second person, whose murder, according to investigators, was planned by Kondrat, was the owner of an office center in Moscow, from whom the suspect rented a room.
Nikolai Kondrat was detained on suspicion of organizing the murder of Kirill Igitkhanyan on December 21, 2020.
The perpetrator of the murder, Nikita Matsnev, has already been sentenced to 8.6 years in a strict regime colony. Matsnev concluded a pre-trial agreement, so the case was considered in a special order.
In November 2021, a criminal case was opened against Kondrat's mother for mediation in bribery.
