As it became known from the case file, in 2020 the defendant came to the Chaplygin farm in the Gulkevichi district to visit his beloved. The girl lived in a house with her family - with her sister and her little son. The man openly wanted to get along with the girl, but the relative opposed this, which is why they had conflicts.

"On the afternoon of September 15, 2020, during another quarrel, the defendant killed a woman, inflicting 35 knife wounds on her, and then stabbed a one-year-old child," the press service of the Investigative Committee for the Krasnodar Territory said. "The man hid the boy's body in a barn and fled the scene "In addition, he stole the passport of a relative of the deceased from the house. The bodies of the victims were discovered on the same day by the woman's sister, which she reported to law enforcement agencies. The offender was detained on the same day."

The man fully admitted his guilt in court, repented of his deed and repeatedly asked for forgiveness from the victims. The verdict did not enter into force.
