A buyer who did not want to pay for an alcoholic drink opened fire in an Irkutsk store. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

“An unknown person entered the shopping center located on Dzerzhinsky Street, took a bottle of alcohol from the window, did not pay and shot at the ceiling at the exit. The seller immediately called the police,” the police said.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs added that for firing a weapon in a populated area, the violator faces a fine of 40,000 to 50,000 rubles with confiscation of a pistol and ammunition.

Arriving at the scene, the police found that the fire was opened by an 18-year-old boy, presumably with a pneumatic pistol. He explained his act by an excessive dose of alcohol.

Earlier, three unidentified people shot a man with a traumatic weapon in the Prince Plaza shopping center in the south-west of Moscow.
