Volkswagen has introduced a new electric minibusconceptcalled Budd-e, as informs.

The car is based on a new Modular Electric Toolkit platform, which will be used in other Volkswagen vehicles. The electric batteries are placed at the bottom of the car.

Budd-e is equipped with two motors on each axis. Their exact specifications have not been named, but it is known that the maximum speed of a minivan is 95 mph, and the maximum driving range on a single charge is 370 miles.

New electric car is equipped with a fully digital instrument panel with multi-colored screens. In addition, the cabin has its own separate large monitor for passengers. All screens are controlled by the overall system, which is synchronized with a "smart" home, smartphones and other mobile devices.
