According to preliminary data, today in the morning an unknown man with a knife broke into one of the private houses in the village of Yurievka and attacked a sleeping family. Two children - a 14-year-old girl and her 6-year-old brother managed to escape by running away from home to neighbors. The man stabbed the 38-year-old head of the family, his 35-year-old wife and their daughter to death and fled.

- A criminal case was initiated under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - "Murder of two or more persons," - said the representative of the Investigative Committee of the ICR for the Omsk region Larisa Boldinova. - At the moment, an investigative team is working at the scene.

It is known that a large family is characterized positively in the village. Investigators are considering different versions of what happened. A search is underway for the perpetrator.
