The body of a seven-year-old child with signs of an animal attack was found in a vacant lot on Saturday afternoon. Presumably, the girl became a victim of stray dogs.

The case is being investigated under Part 2 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence resulting in the death of a person through negligence).
