The press service of the mayor's office suggested that the audio recording of the mayor's speech was distributed by one of the directors of management companies. In a conversation with Uvarkina, she admitted that her words had the desired effect: the yards began to be cleaned. Residents of Lipetsk on social networks supported the mayor and approved of her methods of negotiating.

An audio recording of the obscene tirade of the mayor was posted by the Mash Telegram channel. The press service of the Lipetsk mayor's office confirmed its authenticity, reports URA.RU.

“The record was most likely leaked by one of the directors of management companies. He acted not quite decently, since the meeting was closed. We do not plan to use detection measures. The main thing is the effect, even if today not all yards have been put in order. The situation has already changed. The Criminal Code got down to work,” the city administration reported.

Uvarkina herself, in an interview with, explained that in this way she “toughly brought” her position to public utilities. And she clarified to URA.RU that the companies reported on the withdrawal of wipers and equipment, but the situation remained the same.

I deliberately released a post on my Instagram, asking me to indicate problematic addresses in the comments. Also held a meeting with the heads of managing organizations. In addition, two departments came out to bypass all the yard areas for an objective assessment of the situation, ”she said.

According to her, one of the key problems of the city is the poor quality of cleaning of courtyard passages. Local residents complain that they cannot pass by car because of the rut, “let alone pass, especially with children.”
