Russia - Russian Orthodox Church considers it necessary to ban shops for adults

Russia (bbabo.net) - The so-called shops for adults in Russia should be banned, says the head of the Synodal Department for External Church Relations of the Russian Orthodox Church, Metropolitan Hilarion.

"The position of the church on all these issues is very clear and unequivocal - we oppose sexual promiscuity," Hilarion emphasized on the air of the "Church and Peace" program on the Russia 24 TV channel.

At the same time, he acknowledged that the ROC cannot force the authorities to close such stores, regulate signs and advertising.

By the way

There are no official statistics on the number of adult stores in Moscow - most of the goods sold by these stores are not subject to mandatory certification, and therefore no one counts them. But according to the CEO of one of the largest dropshipping companies in the capital, Dmitry Korobitsyn, there are more than 700 such outlets in the capital.
