Russia (bbabo.net), - Hans Kluge, WHO Regional Director for Europe, named three signs that the situation with the coronavirus pandemic will soon improve. He spoke about this in an interview with TASS.
The first sign, according to Kluge, is a significant strengthening of people's immunity after the omicron wave has passed - thanks to the vaccine, or the infection itself.
The second WHO official called the imminent end of the winter season. And the third, according to Kluge, is the softer flow of the "omicron".
“Therefore, for a certain time after this wave, the situation will become much calmer, and even if another strain spreads, states will be able to function normally without the introduction of quarantine regimes,” the specialist explained.
At the same time, Hans Kluge emphasized that it is still impossible to talk about the end of the pandemic, and the coronavirus has already "given surprises".
