Earlier it was reported that the attacker on the Moscow MFC could avoid imprisonment due to a mental disorder.

On December 7, a man opened fire at an MFC in the southeast of Moscow. As a result, two people died, four more were injured - each of them required surgery. The attacker at the MFC was charged under three criminal articles.

According to media reports, during interrogation, Glazov admitted that he used weapons to protect himself from "a criminal society generated by a fictional coronavirus infection." He noted that he shot at people who were not involved in his conflict with the employees of the MFC because of the mask, believing that they "believe in the coronavirus."
