The Ministry of Justice proposed to change the criteria by which the effectiveness of the registry offices is assessed. It is reported by RBC.

Now the target indicator of satisfaction of citizens with services in the registry offices will be 99% instead of 90%. Satisfaction will be changed with the help of a questionnaire or survey, the Ministry of Justice noted.

During the survey, citizens will answer questions about the waiting time for filing an application, the promptness of the service, the comfort of being in line, and others.

The effectiveness of registry offices will also be assessed by the number of registered acts of civil status and committed legal actions, as well as the share of prescriptions for violating the law.

Earlier it was reported that Rosfinmonitoring will get access to the Unified State Register of Civil Status Records (USR ZAGS) of Russians.

The agency, also called financial intelligence, is responsible for combating money laundering, the financing of terrorism and extremism, and the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
