According to the IC for the region, on February 7, an ice block fell from the roof on a 63-year-old man on the territory of the enterprise. He died on the spot from his injuries.
The investigation believes that the chief engineer of the factory, who is responsible for the maintenance of the buildings of the enterprise, did not organize the work to clean the roof from snow and ice. The result was a tragedy.
The accused gave a written undertaking not to leave and proper behavior.
The investigation also made a submission to the board of directors of the factory in connection with improper control over the work of officials. The investigation is ongoing.
