Valeria Romanova, the owner of the oldest pie shop in St. Petersburg, "Hostess", has died at the age of 93. It is reported by Neva.Today.

Romanova has been running a pie shop on Moskovsky Prospekt since its foundation, in 1956. For more than half a century of history, the recipe for local pastries has remained unchanged.

Romanova's grandson assured that nothing would change in the grandmother's cafe.
